WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery normally takes 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.
Customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather, remote locations, or carrier delays may extend the delivery time.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $3.99 USD for destinations supported by our logistics network. The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. If delivery is unavailable in your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or refund.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Address-change requests must be submitted before 11:00 PM PDT on the same day the order is placed.

CAN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS BE DIFFERENT FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes. Please ensure that both addresses are complete and accurate during checkout.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders may be fulfilled from different warehouses depending on product availability and destination. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
