PURCHASE TERMS

These Purchase Terms apply to orders placed through CBDPOI, operated by Yantai Longkede Network Technology Co., Ltd.

PRICING INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices and order totals are accurate. However, pricing or technical errors may occasionally occur.

If an incorrect price affects your order, we may contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel the affected item. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability may change during order processing. An item displayed as “in stock” is not guaranteed until the order has been accepted and processed.

If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you by email and provide an appropriate refund or alternative option.

Processing and delivery times are governed by our Shipping Policy. Orders are normally dispatched within 5 business days, followed by an estimated delivery period of 10–20 business days.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND COMPATIBILITY

Please review the product description, recommended age, included accessories, charging requirements, dimensions, and safety information before purchasing.

Some product features, packaging, colors, accessories, or specifications may vary slightly from the images shown without materially changing the product’s primary function.

Customers are responsible for confirming that products can be legally imported and used in their destination country. Electrical plugs, voltage requirements, wireless features, available languages, and compatibility may vary by location.

Any manufacturer or product warranty applies only when expressly stated on the relevant product page. Mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

TAXES, DUTIES, AND IMPORT FEES

Customers are responsible for applicable sales taxes, value-added taxes, customs duties, tariffs, brokerage charges, or import fees unless these charges are included in the checkout total.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders may be fulfilled from different warehouses depending on product availability and destination.

Items from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple packages. When available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
