RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to purchases made through CBDPOI, operated by Yantai Longkede Network Technology Co., Ltd.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have entered fulfillment or been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving it, subject to the conditions below.
To request a cancellation, contact service@cbdpoi.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
• Unused and in its original condition
• Returned with all included accessories
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase
Before returning anything, contact service@cbdpoi.com to receive return instructions and the correct return address.
Do not return products to the manufacturer or send them to an address without prior authorization.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
We do not charge a restocking fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt until the return is completed.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received an approved refund:
• Check your bank account again
• Contact your card issuer or payment provider
• Contact your bank regarding processing times
